Synopsis
More and more women – indigenous, from the Swiss lowlands, foreigners – spend the summer in the alpine meadows. And so it is for the two women in this film, Silvia Schlegel, formerly a drawing teacher, now a shepherdess in the Engadine, and Christina Kurth, theologian and cheesemaker from the highlands of Grisons. They talk about their motives, experiences and the alternating between city and mountain lives.
